Polar Peaks Lodge

Location: Fernie, BC

Overview: Bolen Engineering provided the structural engineering design and site reviews for (3) three storey, four unit ski lodges at Fernie Alpine Resort. The wood framed structures are constructed on reinforced concrete foundation walls with a suspended concrete slab at the main building entrance. The design includes four separate attached garages and each unit provides upper and lower walk out decks with views of the surrounding natural area.
